Hasaan is a former track All-American and graduate of Morehouse College with a degree in Kinesiology and Health/ Physical Education. He received his Masters in Exercise Science with a concentration in Biomechanics from Auburn University where he assisted and specialized in Long Jump. He is currently a college professor, assistant track coach, and professional acrobatic performer for the Memphis Grizzlies. His creation of Total Body Fitness Training, LLC. is to accommodate those who feel that training can not be affordable or convenient within their lifestyles.

Andrew Cyrus

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Andrew is a professional acrobatic performer for several NBA teams and has a strong background in power tumbling and trampoline. He is currently a college professor and in his spare time, he trains athletes for sports specific training. Along with his M.Ed in Exercise Science, Andrew has extensive training knowledge in football, basketball, gymnastics, cheer tumbling, track, and Bodybuilding.
